Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional Supply Chain/Logistics experience
3+ years of working experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems
2+ years of working experience with Power BI preferred
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent requests/inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
Broad understanding of supply chain processes, procedures and internal structure and partners
Analytical mindset with the drive to identify root cause issues
Proactive and assertive in follow through with customers and business partners
Ability to multi-task, prioritize essential tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems

Responsibilities

Ensures LSPs meet performance and service standards and communicate root cause for service risks and failures
Creates comprehensive metrics to measure and manage LSP performance and report monthly and quarterly KPIs to internal and external partners
Collaborates internally to identify process-improvement opportunities and supports the implementation of enterprise-wide and department-priority programs to ensure the success of the company
Supports and develops international transportation analyses for the RFP process and bid negotiations
Partners to oversee LSP relationships with freight partners
Partners to oversee business review process with LSPs
Provides LSPs with business requirements and monitors performance
Collaborates with LSPs and ocean carriers to ensure accurate booking allocations are being followed
Creates and publishes monthly analytics and KPIs with all stakeholders
Analyzes potential solutions, quantifies trade-off considerations, and implements cross-functional processes
Builds processes and partners cross-functionally to strengthen new ideas for growth and generates stakeholder alignment and commitment
Drives results while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
