Requirements

Candidates should possess 8-10+ years of experience in Finance, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a Shared Services Environment. A Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification is required, along with a solid understanding of global finance operations and regulatory requirements. Experience in the enterprise software and SaaS industry is essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels. NetSuite user experience is a plus, and the ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, remain results-focused, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

The Sr. FinOps Manager will oversee all Finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, Procurement, and Accounts Receivable, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with internal policies and SOX Controls. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance efficiency, establishing KPIs and metrics, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching to team members. The manager will also act as a key point of contact for auditors, establish SOPs and SLAs, drive Finance transformation initiatives, and assist with ad hoc projects.
