Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, Big 4 Accounting, or private equity is required, along with in-depth administrative experience with Workday Adaptive and working knowledge of NetSuite. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with 3-statement financial modeling, and experience in a software or SaaS company are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing demands, and work independently in a fast-paced environment is also necessary. Experience with large datasets, automation, business intelligence skills, and tools like Power BI are considered a plus. Unwavering ethical standards are mandatory.
The Sr. Finance Manager will oversee the financial performance of worldwide business segments, collaborating with finance team members and cross-functional partners to conduct analyses and reporting that support decision-making. Key responsibilities include designing and refining financial models for forecasting and variance analysis, supporting monthly close processes, leading corporate finance efforts for annual budgets and forecasts, and preparing monthly/quarterly management reports. This role involves analyzing financial results, assessing risks and opportunities, communicating key messages to senior management, owning and improving Workday Adaptive for data accuracy, and building relationships with business partners to understand key drivers. The manager will also provide timely ad hoc reporting to executive management and drive the development and implementation of Corporate FP&A process improvements. Availability during Pacific time zone working hours is expected.
