Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar, including organizing internal and external appointments, meetings, and conferences worldwide
  • Manage travel arrangements (visa, ticket bookings, cab, hotel bookings, etc.)
  • Manage phone calls, routine emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients in India and internationally
  • Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments, provide status reports, and share follow-ups with internal and external teams
  • Work on ad hoc research projects with 100% accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize and service meetings, social gatherings, and events
  • Create presentations or reports as required
  • Stay up to date with the latest office productivity tools, trends, and industry events
  • Project coordination using strong expertise in Microsoft Office
