Responsibilities

  • Manage all retail pharmacy channels (direct and indirect coverage) in the assigned district for nutrition health, OTC drugs, and oral care products; lead the team to achieve sales targets for key retail chain customers under company policies, increase market share, and enhance control over key retail terminal markets
  • Implement business goals effectively in large chain pharmacies and broad/sink markets, improve market share, coverage, and consumer penetration, and drive regional business growth
  • Implement and execute investment plans for all retail pharmacy channel customers in the district, and manage related financial work in compliance with company policies
  • Develop, maintain, and manage all customers in the district, including increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution and growth, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, market activity execution, sales data analysis, and market information collection and feedback; establish long-term strategic partnerships with customers
  • Formulate and implement retail customer sales strategies according to district customer sales strategies, including annual agreement negotiations with key customers; formulation and execution of promotional activities; maintaining good communication with key customer decision-makers, training, and personnel management; resource and expense management; regular business reviews and planning; data collection and analysis
  • Formulate and implement broad retail distribution strategies in each province to achieve company sales targets; manage distributors in the district to ensure achievement, increase market share, and enhance control over broad retail terminal markets
  • Lead and guide subordinate employees to develop and manage regional distributors; improve sales supervisors' KPI management capabilities for distributors (e.g., purchasing, shipping, inventory); help distributors expand business and improve operational levels within legal and compliant boundaries
  • Maintain close coordination and cooperation with relevant functional departments
  • Complete other related work assigned by the direct manager
  • Ensure compliant operations for the team and customers in the responsible district
