Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Value Engineering team
  • Lead the design and articulation of value propositions for products and solutions, using data-driven insights and industry benchmarks
  • Act as a senior advisor in executive-level client interactions, understanding customer problems and business objectives, and translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  • Coordinate the use of advanced analytics, financial modeling, and AI-driven insights to quantify business impact for prospects and existing clients
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and public advocate for value-based solution design, including presenting at industry forums, authoring white papers, and representing the organization externally
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to embed value engineering principles in solution design, go-to-market strategies, and customer success
