Responsibilities

  • Develop overall organizational training and development roadmap
  • Work across matrixed organization to understand vision, mission, and needs; create and execute strategic plan to meet or exceed goals
  • Obtain information for in-house training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology; coordinate training aids
  • Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives through measured KPIs/OKRs
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure training effectiveness
  • Hire, retain, and lead a team of professional trainers with technical expertise
  • Continuously improve lesson plans to meet new requirements and keep technical information up to date
  • Lead teams through strategic, operational, and tactical activities in training and development
  • Oversee execution of strategic priorities, ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals
  • Design and execute enterprise-wide learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Empower cross-functional teams to innovate and implement scalable training programs
  • Prioritize resources, measure impact, and evolve learning strategy based on business needs
