Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate & regional goals
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, or revenue growth
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Define and supervise benchmarks to assess organizational vitality and strategic advancement
  • Partner with leadership to define and complete transformation initiatives
  • Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities, applying advanced knowledge to drive results
  • Make significant decisions within projects, including approving project budgets and prioritization
  • Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders
  • Manage governance structures, track achievements, and manage risks for key projects and develop mitigation strategies
  • Use project management tools and methodologies effectively
  • Provide strategic expertise and direction, influencing multiple projects and overall business outcomes
  • Develop extended-range strategic plans to achieve business objectives and lead high-impact initiatives to drive organizational change
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners while being responsible for a large division or multiple departments
