Requirements

  • Executive selling: comfort with CFO/CRO/CPO and clients C-suite, turning ambiguity into clear business cases
  • Proven case of leading innovation and new business verticals or services

  • Preferred: 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD)

Responsibilities

  • Define the new-business marketing strategy for private banks, fintechs, platforms, and merchants, prioritize opportunities and build scalable go-to-market solutions with a territory heat maps, named accounts and penetration strategy
  • Own end-to-end marketing initiatives—prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, closing—delivering margin-accretive growth
  • Launch and scale new marketing verticals through pilot-to-scale commercialization models
  • Own sector P&L, driving financial planning, pricing discipline, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and margin optimization
  • Lead strategic RFPs and executive pitches with quantified client outcomes and clear differentiation of Visa’s value proposition
  • Partner with Sales, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product, Risk, and Finance to deliver integrated “One Visa” solutions with quantified outcomes
  • Champion best practices and knowledge sharing across Brazil’s growth community, codify best practices for repeatable success
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-caliber hunters, foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
