Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or financial technology company. They should also have 10+ years of experience in loan servicing, with previous experience managing software product or an educational equivalent. Furthermore, 3+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Product Management will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy, driving innovation in claims servicing technology, leading and inspiring a team of product managers and business analysts, overseeing the claims products, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the mortgage industry.
