Responsibilities

You will blueprint and build the foundational structure for all Auto Physical Damage claims, championing the operational strategy and vision for the entire Openly Claims organization. Key responsibilities include managing operational metrics, partnering with Vendor Management and Technology Teams, innovating claim routing rules, collaborating with the Data Strategy team, providing policy feedback to the Insurance Product team, and representing Openly at industry events while staying current on industry trends and regulations.
