Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school + 15 years; Associate’s + 11 years; M.S. + 4 years; PhD + 3 years), along with 7 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of IOL calculation for cataract planning, corneal topography and OCT analysis. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting strategic product vision, managing the product roadmap, and guiding teams and stakeholders to success, acting as a Product Owner within a Scrum framework to drive product delivery. This includes translating requirements, managing the backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to align digital vision with team strategy, facilitating release planning, and working closely with Product Director/Head of Product to establish product team’s business value. You will also conduct market analysis, develop differentiated product visions, and integrate usability studies and research into product requirements, as well as working with external stakeholders to communicate product messaging and outreach.
