Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large programs, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications built using Adobe Experience Cloud products and solutions, with overall 15-18+ years of experience
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets, and trends
  • Experience delivering engagements using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager, and Adobe Experience Platform
  • SME on Digital Marketing tools/technologies: SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, email direct marketing
  • High attention to detail, planning, thoroughness, innovative thinker
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues/risks, solve quickly, and know when to use internal resources
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, superb organizational skills for coordinating complicated projects
  • Excellent knowledge and control on project commercials
  • Ability to influence and interact with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Good at prioritization and time management
  • Experience driving/leading multi-stage projects for efficient resource use and improved cost management through business transformation & technology

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of multiple large/small scale digital marketing solution implementation and transformation projects across geographies using Agile methodologies
  • Lead a team of resources to efficiently implement Adobe’s digital marketing solutions
  • Foster and develop talent to help clients optimize digital assets and unlock value in commerce, content, and marketing for global clients across industry segments
  • Govern delivery excellence for complex large/small scale digital platforms by setting project quality & performance standards, governing risks/issues, handling client concerns, and directly mentoring/handling the team
  • Structure and manage projects/programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers
  • Deliver project scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget, including fixed price and T&M projects
  • Support project estimation process with key contributors to define scope and prepare statements of work (tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, estimated costs)
