They should be adept at discussing product reporting to demonstrate improvement ratios and providing guidance to help customers achieve industry standards. The role requires the ability to identify and advise on additional opportunities throughout client engagement to improve expansion propensity and recommend best practices to ensure processes are added to routine sales and service processes. Continuous learning on the CDK suite of products and dealership operations through L&P and cross CSS product training is essential, as is providing documented feedback to learning teams for new content creation.
The Sr Customer Success Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and success by understanding customer business needs and driving the value of CDK solutions. They will maximize adoption and utilization of CDK products, help customers achieve value, drive client engagement, and minimize churn. This role involves identifying and nurturing additional revenue opportunities in partnership with sales, developing productive working relationships with the CSM team, and providing proactive product-specific expertise. Responsibilities include discussing and demonstrating CDK product functionality, providing guidance on best practices, completing client training and operational adjustments, resolving advanced-level blockers, and participating in and leading scaled webinars. The role also requires consistent documentation of dealer engagements relating to improved performance and staying current with automotive industry trends.
