Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to external customers and internal collaborators in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data
  • Deal with customer requirements, handle partner concerns, process and follow up on relevant requests within division guidelines, collaborating with sales, commercial, distribution, and finance to fulfill requests or resolve issues
  • Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Implement company policies, operational regulations, and departmental training guidelines
  • Deliver on daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicator metrics
  • Engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives
  • Play a key role in assignments/projects as required by business expectations
  • Consistently apply process expectations, demonstrate attention to operational details, and leverage computer systems to maintain high data accuracy and quality
  • Develop and review training materials and support new joiner trainings
  • Use relevant daily customer service reports
  • Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate partner departments if required
  • Participate in cross-training and cross-support activities for other customer service teams to meet seasonal business requirements
