Requirements

  • University Graduate with courses in business, administration, project management highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to capture and communicate clear and concise messaging
  • Strength in combining data, visuals, and a compelling narrative to communicate insights persuasively and understandably
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides required)
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to create visually sharp PowerPoints
  • Resourceful with strong organization, time management, and priority setting skills for dynamic, deadline-driven environments

  • Ability to work hybrid in Austin, TX office (4 days/week, within commuting distance)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Director of Corporate Sales Programs in administration, implementation, and optimization of best practices, process policies, reporting dashboards, and presentations
  • Contribute to program & process efficiency, financial stewardship, and talent retention for the Sales organization
  • Create, analyze, and maintain program data & supporting documentation to deliver program improvement and risk briefs
  • Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations based on visual data storytelling
  • Collaborate with program coordinators on administration and delivery of Global Sales Excellence Intern and Apprentice programs
  • Communicate effectively (verbal & written) to develop, grow, and sustain productive relationships within the sales programs team and across partnering departments
  • Function as a liaison with sellers and partnering team members, responding to requests promptly with emphasis on collaboration
  • Assist with other sales-focused initiatives/projects as assigned
  • Support culture and recognition initiatives to foster and maintain company culture
  • Learn corporate go-to-market cycles and cloud sales fundamentals by collaborating with Sales Professionals on business-generating activities
