Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills are required, as is a data-driven approach and a builder mentality to create scalable solutions.
The Sr. Consumer Marketing Content Strategist will lead the development and execution of content strategy for consumer marketing, creating messaging frameworks, content plans, and journeys to boost engagement and achieve measurable results. Responsibilities include developing and communicating a strategic content vision aligned with Consumer Marketing OKRs, building and scaling a content strategy function, and mentoring team members. The role involves leading content strategy creation, including journey mapping and persona-based messaging, and tailoring content for client and consumer audiences while ensuring brand consistency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create member-facing content and managing editorial calendars, overseeing content production, and ensuring timely distribution across platforms are key duties. The strategist will also actively participate in content creation, continuously optimize content through performance tracking and A/B testing, track and analyze content performance metrics, refine strategies based on insights, and report findings to stakeholders.
