Requirements

  • 4-6 years content marketing experience in a SaaS-based organization
  • Proven experience in creating B2B content marketing plans (Education vertical preferred) with strength in written content creation
  • Knowledge of Gemini, Copilot, and other AI-powered search engines, and the role content marketing plays within them
  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Paid digital media experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of content marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Lead in developing best practices for content creation and distribution by channel
  • Monitor, analyze, and frequently communicate content performance, establishing KPIs and benchmarks; recommending areas to optimize/improve along the content marketing planning timeline
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for cohesive execution of content marketing campaigns
  • Develop approaches that tap into the strengths of AI-based search engines, in order to drive wider visibility of our content
  • Aid in content creation across written, video, and audio-based media
  • Work with internal community teams to gather valuable customer insights that may help steer future content marketing strategies
  • Support Senior Director, Content Marketing in crafting content marketing reporting/leadership presentations
