Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce CPQ consulting experience, along with Salesforce Implementations and Deployments
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Salesforce Billing/Revenue Cloud consulting experience
  • Experience defining business requirements and writing user stories
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Experience serving as the primary interface with offshore partners
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Doc Gen Tool(s) such as Conga or DocuSign Doc Gen
  • Experience with CPQ Native Quote Template
  • Industry experience with Customers in High Tech, Manufacturing, and Media (highly preferred)
  • Salesforce Administration Certificate (preferred)
  • Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge (preferred)
  • Experience with Managed Services customers/engagements (preferred)
  • Training or experience with RCA (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration of the solution, working in close partnership with the Solution Architect and client engagement team
  • Support user story definition, documentation, testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable best-in-class Salesforce business outcomes
  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements, pain points and desired future state solutions
  • Document as-is, future state, solution design for business requirements
  • Provide guidance, recommendations and best practices
  • Configure, implement and deliver solutions that meet the business requirements and provide scalability and growth for the customer
  • Act as liaison between customer and technical resources to communicate requirements for developing
  • Responsible for combined on+offshore team project delivery success and owning the overall health of on+offshore project team
  • Test and verify the solutions meet business requirements (QA)
  • Step into the role of a Solution Architect on smaller, less complex projects
  • Work closely with Thunder PMs, assisting with project planning and coordination of project activities
  • Support multiple projects at a time (~2-3), with varying customers from small to enterprise, and managed services engagements (including troubleshooting and ticket management)
