Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in database engineering, with specific expertise in MongoDB Atlas/Enterprise and Neo4j. Responsibilities

The NoSQL Database Engineer will design, implement, and support MongoDB, Neo4j, and vector database solutions within Humana’s enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining infrastructure automation using Terraform, deploying and managing database workloads using Kubernetes, and ensuring robust database security, backup, recovery, and regulatory compliance. The engineer will also monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, provide L3 support, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop Python-based automation and data workflows, documenting processes in accordance with established standards.
