Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Process Consultant will serve as a functional and process expert, guiding customers through the transition of business requirements to configuration requirements within the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) Product Line, including SPO, SLO, and APO solutions. They will drive process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis, lead customer workshops focused on ServiceNow functionality, support customer process owners, guide the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the lifecycle of user stories. Furthermore, the consultant will support customer unit and user-acceptance testing, contribute to internal unit testing, and prepare customer-facing deliverables while juggling multiple projects and initiatives, with up to 50% travel requirements driven by customer needs.
