Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Process Consultant will serve as a functional and process expert, driving customer implementation and delivery teams focused on transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) Product Line, including SPO, SLO, and APO Solutions, with the goal of accelerating customer business outcomes. They will drive process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis, lead customer design workshops, support process owners, guide customers in completing documentation, draft user stories, and own the lifecycle of user stories. Furthermore, they will support customer unit and user-acceptance testing, be a lead member of engagement projects, prepare customer-facing deliverables, and potentially provide training and support sales activities, while also juggling multiple projects and promoting continuous improvement practices, requiring up to 50% travel annually.
