Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making

  • Implement best practices and streamline operations to enhance productivity
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • Perform detailed variance analysis on P&L accounts, investigating the root causes and business drivers behind deviations from budget or forecast and Q/Q and Y/Y trends
