Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in billing analysis and revenue operations, preferably within the technology, media or advertising industries
  • Strong English Level (B2-C1)
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition principles, and accounting concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas and reporting
  • Proficiency in using billing systems and softwares. Knowledge with SAP (S4 Hana environment) and usage based billing systems are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete billing cycle for Nielsen One Ads clients, from contract interpretation and order processing to invoice generation and revenue recognition
  • Monitor and track billing data to ensure consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, maintaining financial records and handling billing inquiries
  • Reconcile, investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial records and SAP RAR data
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, legal and other teams to clarify contract ambiguities and ensure accurate billing setup
  • Prepare reports and summaries on billing activities, account status and outstanding items
  • Support month end and year end closing activities
