Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day needs of the EBG Tech team as first point of contact for questions and escalated issues
Leads group project management and implementation
Provides direct support to Director of Benefits Software
Performs new partnership onboarding and training
Builds and customizes Eligibility Management System to client specifics for assigned group and/or locations, maintains knowledge of system capabilities
Assists in monitoring technology email and manages complex issues from clients and EBG Team
Develops and maintains systems training materials and workflow processes within the eligibility management system; conducts system trainings for assigned clients and internal colleagues
Manages e-learning library and offboarding process from our eligibility management system
Performs in-depth system audits
Provides contracted support (i.e. EN maintenance)
Assists colleagues and/or client to resolve and monitor program data and/or reporting issues
Identifies and defines insurance partners or vendors accepted EDI file specifications and format
Manages multiple EDI and Data Exchange File Implementations while maintaining timeliness and communication with Employee Benefits team and insurance partners for assigned group and/or locations
Conducts transactional and system analysis
