Responsibilities

Provide technical support, advisory and project management of initiatives across both compensation and benefits
Support Workday governance from a compensation perspective, including annual review process
Support the tracking of projects, resource planning and cross sharing within the team
Coordinate projects or work streams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Support regional team with system projects including Workday changes & local benefit platforms
Develop, maintain and use sophisticated Excel models for pay analysis, bonus modelling and other compensation activities
Support Total Reward Projects Director in coordinating Merger and Acquisition projects within the region
Develop and deploy AI or automation models and tools as part of continuous improvement
