Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, advisory and project management of initiatives across both compensation and benefits
  • Support Workday governance from a compensation perspective, including annual review process
  • Support the tracking of projects, resource planning and cross sharing within the team
  • Coordinate projects or work streams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Support regional team with system projects including Workday changes & local benefit platforms
  • Develop, maintain and use sophisticated Excel models for pay analysis, bonus modelling and other compensation activities
  • Support Total Reward Projects Director in coordinating Merger and Acquisition projects within the region
  • Develop and deploy AI or automation models and tools as part of continuous improvement
