Requirements

  • BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred
  • 2+ years industry experience preferred

  • Relevant experience on well-established CPG products or in QSR/Restaurant industry

Responsibilities

  • Support Menu launches and updates: Help develop and carry out go-to-market plans, inform the product calendar, align product calendar programs, plan for product contingencies and guide cross-functional teams through flawless omni-channel menu execution
  • Collaborate across teams: Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (i.e., Planning, Digital, Brand/Creative, Marketing Operations, etc.) to gather diverse perspectives and ensure alignment for national and non-traditional Menus and revisions to Taco Bell’s Menu Policy
  • Turn data into action: Analyze and translate data into insightful, practical recommendations for menu planning and optimization
  • Lead brief development and manage partners: Create detailed briefs for each product calendar experience launch, serve as the steward of our menu design principles and best practices and oversee third-party partners to ensure successful execution
  • Drive teamwork: Organize and lead discussions with different teams to keep menu experience projects moving forward
