Requirements

  • Act as liaison between Baxter and wholesalers/distributors, including Costa Rica Chops Team, trade team, pricing, sales, etc
  • Perform and drive analysis to support decisions for tasks under scope
  • Serve as main contact within the team through mid and high-level managers using various communication methods
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including field teams and management
  • Serve as SME on planning, execution, process documentation, training, go-live, support, and stabilization
  • Maintain open communication (verbal and written) with team members and leadership
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external customers
  • Support as backup for other team activities based on training plans
  • Contribute to/create and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Analyze, research, make recommendations, and implement solutions for business issues/opportunities with Supervisor and Manager
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting, requests, and special business requests
  • Keep close monitoring (inferred from incomplete description)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct DAC/WAC and contract pricing is connected to distributors
  • Ensure wholesalers/distributors have correct purchase (DAC/WAC) price and Baxter contract pricing for end customers
  • Ensure chargeback credits are cut correctly and on time
  • Manage Accounts Receivable between Baxter and trading partners; ensure A/R Ledger is accurate and up to date
  • Process credit/rebills and/or write-offs upon completion of analysis
  • Analyze and send Discrepancy Reports, Resubmissions, Unit Trending, Agreement Maintenance, and settlements with wholesalers/distributors
  • Work with field to resolve all “missing traces” in a timely manner and engage management to resolve wholesaler/distributor issues
  • Reconcile and troubleshoot credits, rebills, and/or write-offs from A/R analysis
  • Impact Financial and Operational processes through interactions and analysis
