Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution
Assist with contract documentation, proposal preparation, and maintenance of contract files in compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies
Maintain and track project deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, and Contracts to support project execution and administrative compliance
Manage and organize confidential and sensitive information related to government contracts and personnel
Support onboarding, timekeeping, and training tracking for project staff
Facilitate communication between leadership, project managers, and government clients
Prepare expense reports, purchase requisitions, and assist with invoice processing as needed
Ensure consistent application of administrative policies and provide guidance to junior administrative staff
