Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical / mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
8–12 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in Data Center, HVAC, water treatment, cooling systems, or industrial process industries
Strong knowledge of cooling systems, water chemistry, and digital monitoring tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and grow strong multi-level relationships within global and regional accounts within the Data Center cooling and water management segment
Influence specifications through engagement with EPCs, MEP consultants, OEMs, and design firms
Manage the full sales cycle — opportunity scoping, proposal development, negotiation, sales closure and post-sales support
Drive revenue and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
Conduct site audits, presentations, and technical training to end users and partners
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and manage pricing and contract negotiations
Work closely with Segment Marketing, Technical Consultants, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution
Mentor local technical service representatives and support capability building
