Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a background in biological, medical, or life science, and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the life science industry. They must demonstrate excellent sales skills and a proven track record of successful sales performance, along with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Sr. Account Manager will develop and implement tactical account plans to achieve objectives and strategies, proactively explore markets, identify sales opportunities, and expand market coverage. They will master technical knowledge of life science reagent products and their workflows, collect and track market demand, coordinate cross-functional teams, and participate in promotional campaigns through industry events to enhance product visibility.
