Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and contribute to growth of spot trading market share by identifying product opportunities/innovation and enhancement
Strategy Planning: Strong understanding of the industry and retail users, systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with relevant key stakeholders
KPI Definition and Tracking: Strong data analysis skills to derive key insights from data analysis; define, track, and improve KPIs
Product and Tool Optimization: Drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives
Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related BUs to achieve the best result for both Spot trading/active users and other units
