Responsibilities

  • Współpraca z zespołem sprzedażowym i produktowym w obszarze bankowości transakcyjnej
  • Działanie jako pierwszy punkt kontaktu dla klientów w kwestiach związanych z implementacją produktów bankowości transakcyjnej
  • Zapewnienie pomyślnej instalacji produktów we współpracy z odpowiednimi zespołami bankowymi
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów poimplementacyjnych związanych z produktami
  • Dbanie o satysfakcję klientów na każdym etapie procesu wdrożenia, po wdrożeniu oraz podczas dalszej obsługi
  • Udział w spotkaniach z klientami (różne lokalizacje)
  • Wsparcie w tworzeniu i modernizacji produktów oraz powiązanych procesów
  • Podejmowanie inicjatyw w zakresie wzrostu przychodów w obszarze bankowości transakcyjnej
