The Bilingual Client Support Specialist will respond to incoming calls and emails from dealerships, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide additional product training, and discuss the benefits and features of the DT-suite product line. They will also interact with internal and external stakeholders, including dealerships, lenders, and strategic partners, to provide information and address requests related to Dealertrack Canada's services and products, and triage requests effectively.
