Requirements
- Formation supérieure en ingénierie biomédicale, informatique santé ou expérience clinique significative
- Expérience confirmée dans les solutions logicielles hospitalières, idéalement en anesthésie et soins critiques
- Vision stratégique, capacité à structurer et industrialiser des offres
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens de l’écoute et capacité à influencer
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Mobilité pour des déplacements en France et ponctuellement en Europe
Responsibilities
- Piloter l’industrialisation de la solution logicielle en lien avec les équipes delivery
- Formaliser les besoins terrain et orienter les vers les équipes produit
- Identifier et développer des partenariats avec des éditeurs tiers pour enrichir l’offre
- Coconstruire des intégrations fonctionnelles et cliniques avec des solutions complémentaires
- Participer à des initiatives de co-marketing ou co-développement
- Structurer et animer un programme de fidélisation et d’optimisation de l’usage de la base installée
- Créer des opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell en valorisant les bénéfices cliniques et opérationnels
- Organiser des événements clients (club utilisateurs, webinaires, ateliers, retours d’expérience)
- Développer un réseau de Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) pour valider et promouvoir les solutions
- Participer à des congrès, publications et groupes de travail sectoriels
- Assurer une veille sur les tendances du marché et les besoins émergents
- Apporter une expertise produit dans les phases de prévente et de réponse aux appels d’offres
- Réaliser des démonstrations avancées et des ateliers de co-construction avec les clients
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Sales Lead pour définir les stratégies de comptes
