Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong business relationships with health professionals (PSS) and healthcare organizations (OSS) on behalf of Abbott Nutrition Canada
  • Act as the main point of contact to receive and manage all contract requests (including reciprocal support agreements, sponsorships, grants, and charitable contributions) from AN headquarters and the sales team
  • Serve as liaison between business owners (contract requesters) and internal departments (Ethics and Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement)
  • Receive, analyze, and categorize all contract requests from internal stakeholders (sales team, PSS and Nutrition Science Marketing teams, international requesters)
  • Produce and execute all necessary contracts in accordance with Abbott's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) processes and policies
  • Support the Nutrition Science Manager in all PSS-OSS contract requests
  • Develop and implement a standard operating procedure for contract request submissions
  • Stay informed of current policies impacting the PSS-OSS contract process
  • Participate in internal quality or business audits as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
