Based in Montreal office

Responsibilities

Maintain strong business relationships with health professionals (PSS) and healthcare organizations (OSS) on behalf of Abbott Nutrition Canada
Act as the main point of contact to receive and manage all contract requests (including reciprocal support agreements, sponsorships, grants, and charitable contributions) from AN headquarters and the sales team
Serve as liaison between business owners (contract requesters) and internal departments (Ethics and Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement)
Receive, analyze, and categorize all contract requests from internal stakeholders (sales team, PSS and Nutrition Science Marketing teams, international requesters)
Produce and execute all necessary contracts in accordance with Abbott's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) processes and policies
Support the Nutrition Science Manager in all PSS-OSS contract requests
Develop and implement a standard operating procedure for contract request submissions
Stay informed of current policies impacting the PSS-OSS contract process
Participate in internal quality or business audits as needed
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
