Responsibilities

Servir de contact principal pour les entrepreneurs et installateurs, en offrant des conseils techniques sur les produits Mysa à tension de ligne (et à basse tension lors de leur lancement)
Résoudre avec assurance et clarté les problèmes liés aux installations
Communiquer de manière professionnelle et amicale par téléphone, visioconférence, clavardage et courriel
Documenter les interactions et solutions afin que les partenaires disposent des informations nécessaires à leur succès
Collaborer étroitement avec les membres expérimentés de l’équipe et le département matériel pour résoudre les problèmes complexes et améliorer les processus d’installation
Partager les retours du terrain afin d’améliorer la documentation produit, les formations et les outils
