  • Define & align an evolved service model and think strategic with manager for Greater Bay Cluster to make retail excellent in TW
  • Lead partner’s training team to continue to execute excellence
  • Leverage internal training plan and tools to elevate partners training skills
  • Partner with the team to drive training program and elevate partners’ capability through some pilot project
