Requirements

Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
At least 2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare billing a plus)
At least 1 year of experience assisting customers over the phone, via live chat, and email support
Ability to easily pivot and multitask
Ability to adapt easily to an ever-changing environment
Very high attention to detail
Desire to work in a contact center environment
Initiative and a can-do attitude towards investigating and solving problems
Naturally empathetic individual
Experience with and knowledge of health insurance/billing
Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under intense interactions
Consultative and empathetic attitude
Intermediate level of technical understanding
Experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously

Responsibilities

Answering live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
Collaborating with other teams within Customer Operations to help solve roadblocks for stakeholders
Working with the RCM and Engineering teams to find resolutions to bugs and billing issues
Meeting with the manager to discuss QA, accept feedback, and improve communications
