Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide a stellar, seamless customer experience on and offline with attentive communication skills, focusing on patience, accuracy, and compassionate listening
  • Solve requests and challenges via exceptional, consistent, knowledgeable, and trusted customer service
  • Anticipate customer needs and communicate professionally and compassionately with employees, managers, and Business HRs worldwide, articulating solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Handle a high volume of requests with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard employee data by adhering to compliance standards
  • Learn quickly, follow multi-step instructions with accuracy and attention to detail, balancing adherence to steps with judgment
  • Analyze information and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills using various resources to make recommendations that drive positive customer experiences
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple channels of workload
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with peers and other HR groups, navigating stakeholders and complex organizations with a focus on collaboration, anticipation, and resolution
  • Adhere to pre-established schedules and remain flexible to changing business demands
  • Receive and respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies across multiple contact channels (email, correspondence, outbound calls, inbound calls), prioritizing work

  • Work with a sense of urgency appropriate for conditions
  • Identify at-risk/distress customer relationships and initiate corrective action compassionately using tools, resources, and timely escalation
  • Identify and capture customer feedback, sharing it with leadership
  • Identify "Roadblocks" to quality customer service in processes, practices, or policies and recommend improvements for continuous improvement
