Responsibilities

Facilitate Scout Motors’ expatriate (expat) support services for assignments to the U.S
Respond to inquiries from Scout expats, home company Global Assignment teams, hiring managers, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders
Initiate and facilitate the timely delivery of expat-related services with Scout service providers, including immigration/visa processing, home search, school search, host banking, social security application, language training, etc
Manage the payment and tracking of vendor invoices and reimbursement of relocation expenses
Collaborate with Scout stakeholders (finance, HR business partners, hiring managers, TA, legal, etc.) and external vendors to optimize Scout’s Global Mobility program
Keep an ongoing list of Global Mobility program strengths and weaknesses for future improvement and follow up on outcome resolution
Coordinate with external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax advisors) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Support U.S. immigration case preparation and tracking (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card processes) in collaboration with external counsel
Maintain mobility data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
