  • Minimum 3 years in brand communications, media relations, ideally within a global or consumer brand in sport industry

Responsibilities

  • Play a supporting role in developing long-term communications strategy and engaging with media, influencers, and content creators to build Nike brand narratives centered around Football and Energy
  • Work closely with communications peers at Global and Geo level across the brand, corporate, business and employee communications, as well as in partnership with Nike’s consumer X FOP, marketing, sports marketing teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging aligned with Nike’s brand values and business objectives
  • Partner with Brand Communications teams to develop and execute integrated, audience-first communication strategies
  • Establish relationships and strengthen authentic connections including media to build Nike’s influence and shift perception
  • Push boundaries for breakthrough storytelling to humanize our brand, drive impact, and build strong local resonance through new channels, content creations and partnerships
  • Work across Greater China and globe to drive energy and Nike’s narrative focus on our brands with creativity and distinction, anchored on sport and athletes
  • Closely work with core function and teams across enterprise to integrate our offense and to support or drive impactful storytelling opportunities
  • Contribute to Geo media events when necessary, as well as support media training, and staff Nike spokespeople (executives, designers, athletes, catalysts, collaborators, etc.) where relevant
