Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience in HR or Learning function
  • Proven experience administering and supporting unified talent technology such as an LMS or Performance Management system/suite
  • Proven experience implementing or supporting the delivery of releases of functionality from an enterprise SaaS Learning or Performance, human capital management (HCM) system vendor
  • Proven experience using a consultative approach to translate business needs into engaging user-centered experiences via HCM systems or platforms
  • Proven experience working with cross platform data integrations

Responsibilities

  • Consult and deliver outcomes for business stakeholders on their needs associated with Learning and Performance technology platforms
  • Consult on system functionality and capabilities associated with Learning and Performance platforms and provide scalable real solutions to meet business needs in a timely fashion
  • Provide governance and guidance to Business Unit Administrators as part of centralized administration team
  • Review and test regular updates delivered by SaaS platform vendors and ensure maximum value from technology investments
  • Partner with IT to find innovative and scalable solutions that meet business needs and support go-forward learning and performance strategies
  • Support the HR team with delivery of employee lifecycle programs via technology platforms
  • Contribute to the execution of the People Development & Engagement Center of Excellence strategy
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships to continuously collect the voice of the business and voice of the learners for incorporation into the Talent Development & Inclusion Strategy
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders and HR partners to identify regional needs, co-create solutions, and integrate learning programs into the broader employee experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends and identify best practices to continually improve content for greater engagement and impact
  • Identify unmet needs and contribute to the roadmap for new learning initiatives
  • Contribute to the technology review and governance approach for sub administrators
  • Assess releases and provide insight into how best to deliver them to existing platforms and end users
  • Manage other cross-functional initiatives to achieve enterprise learning strategy goals
  • Identify and build learning and development experiences that support integrated employee experience touchpoints through platforms (e.g., career development, performance management, talent review)
  • Role model and advocate for a modern learning mindset (comprehensive, unified experiences, exposure, and education)
