Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Program Manager on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
  • Provide domestic and international security support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets, and global reputation
  • Ensure quality of service is maintained and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure all officers and subordinate leadership perform duties in accordance with client policies, procedures, and all state, federal, and international regulations
  • Manage and coordinate protective services teams providing overwatch and security for high-valued clients during travel or special events
  • Serve as Tactical Operations Center (TOC) supervisor to synchronize 24-hour operations amongst adjacent programs
  • Facilitate training development course material from industry standards
  • Assist with development and implementation of complete security and logistical plans for domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate protection and protective management within Surefox Protective Services, focusing on life safety and operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with executive teams, public, and private sector partners
  • Ensure all employees and supervisors remain in compliance with Surefox and client-specific policies/procedures
  • Supervise protective service teams (Surefox personnel and third parties) from small details (2 people) to large events (up to 20 people)
  • Work independently or with teams while adapting to dynamic operating environments
  • Assist in development of new training modules and improve existing training material
  • Instruct training courses in-person or via digital platforms for accounts across the United States
  • Conduct research to identify, understand, and integrate industry best practices into Surefox training programs
  • Manage all TOC operations in accordance with published protocols and guidance from the COS office
  • Coordinate deployment changes with Program Managers to maximize operational footprint while meeting client expectations
  • Train, mentor, manage, and coach assigned supervisors and employees through formal and informal feedback via the Surefox Counseling program
  • Audit Time and Attendance on HRIS for respective areas
  • Ensure employee break schedules comply with federal and state regulations
