The role is based in the Mission Operations Center (MOC) in Longmont, CO, where you will join the SCORE team and work on day-to-day operations.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens willing to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or a related field.
You will work as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams that include spacecraft subsystem engineers, ground system engineers, software engineers, and spacecraft operations teams.
Yes, you will need to understand and play a significant role using AWS technology as Maxar transitions to a new cloud-based ground system.
Strong candidates will have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship eligible for Top Secret clearance, and experience or ability to contribute to spacecraft operations, anomaly resolution, telemetry trending, and AWS in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
