Requirements

  • Seeking a BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (preferred)
  • Other BS/MS majors considered: Environmental or Civil Engineering
  • 1-4 years away from graduation (Engineering school/Universities)
  • Willing to travel on the job
  • Able to complete a 10-12 week internship starting in May and ending in August
  • In good standing at university/field of study (typically GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale)
  • No immigration sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of specific projects from Day 1
  • Work with innovative technologies, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing groups
  • For Process Engineers: Develop innovative solutions to improve product designs, build transformation models, evaluate and design process equipment (chemical engineering background preferred)
  • For Converting & Packing Engineers: Develop web-processing equipment solutions using 3D digital modeling, throughput simulation tools, and mechatronics to improve consumer products like diapers and paper towels (mechanical or electrical engineering background)
  • For Control System Engineers: Build automation systems, control information networks, vision and robotic systems using mechatronics and process dynamic simulation tools to create industrial software solutions (electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering)
