Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; experience with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Netsuite) is a plus
Must reside near and be able to work from our Denver, CO or Belmont, CA office
Excel at relationship building
Be able to be tactical while pushing for strategic improvements
Preferred
Experience in indirect procurement within a mid-to-large sized enterprise
Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills

Develop and execute a category strategy for software procurement in collaboration with key stakeholders and IT leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
Maintain vendor relationships, manage contract renewals, and monitor supplier performance where applicable
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
Conduct market and supplier research to stay current on trends and benchmark pricing
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization
