Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
5+ years of IT experience, sourcing/supply chain and/or contracting experience
Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Business analysis skills to drive and implement sourcing programs and services
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
Demonstrated experience in supplier diversity, supplier code of conduct, environmental concerns, and US/international regulatory requirements
Strong financial and business acumen
5+ years managing complex IT contracts and relationships, technology sourcing, technology procurement or technology

Responsibilities

Establish and implement the onboarding of IT Contingent Labor vendor aligned with IT standards and strategy
Collaborate with the IT organization to drive strategic alignment across categorized spend
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
Manage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
Lead the development of category strategies based on sourcing profession best practices
Develop risk- and probability-adjusted multi-year savings forecasts and annual savings goals
Oversee analysis of supplier characteristics
Develop multi-year sourcing pipelines that drive total value
Drive corporate compliance to the preferred-supplier program
Work closely with Procurement Operations and Corporate Payables to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience
Develop and implement leading sourcing practices for environmental sustainability and supplier code of conduct
Mitigate legal and commercial risk for Humana
Understand complex IT issues and initiatives and sustain communication on these topics
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Partner with business and sourcing leadership to drive enterprise-wide value
