Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and industry-specific offerings to strengthen existing relationships and drive new business opportunities for Accenture Song
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience and digital marketing, providing thought leadership and actionable insights
  • Work closely with executive and senior-level clients to understand their unique needs, objectives, and long-term digital and marketing strategies
  • Partner with Account Leads to develop account-specific relationship strategies and call plans for digital and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to identify and deliver joint business opportunities for clients
  • Oversee business development activities throughout the sales cycle, including origination, pipeline tracking, proposal development, and bid management for Canadian accounts
  • Partner with Strategy & Consulting, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver holistic solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients across the Financial Services client group portfolio
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy for Accenture Song in Canada
  • Act as a trusted advisor to deliver industry-leading customer experiences that drive growth and innovation
