Candidates need 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions or sales engineer, B2B SaaS experience, hands-on knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), strong project management skills, and familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
